   Mike grew up in west suburban Villa Park, Illinois. He attended the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois where he earned Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics. He is an avid Fighting Illini fan and enjoys watching Illini basketball and football whenever he has a chance. Mike has a significant background in customer service oriented work, having spent 10 years in the management consulting field before venturing into real estate. Mike’s family invested in residential investment properties while he was growing up and his passion for real estate began at a young age. He began investing in real estate in 1995 and earned his salesperson license in 2001. Mike continues to invest in residential rental properties and in education in order to stay abreast of the latest real estate trends and technology. He recently earned an advanced realtor designation known as GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute). He also serves on the Agent Leadership Council in his office at Keller Williams Realty in Lincoln Park. He thrives on sharing his knowledge and experience with his clients so they can make informed decisions and prides himself on his responsiveness to the questions and needs of his clients. Consistently an office top producer, Dave specializes in personal residences and residential investment properties. In late 2004, Mike and Dave decided to join forces and pool their experience to better serve their clients. Dave grew up in Marin County California, just north of San Francisco. He attended the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, where he earned Bachelor’s degrees in communications. Dave has a significant background in customer service having owned and operated a food delivery service in California and serving as a district manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car here in Chicago before venturing into real estate. Dave is a huge Cubs fan, and lives in, where else? Wrigleyville.  Michelle is a native New Yorker, but grew up in sunny Arizona. A graduate of both the University of Arizona and the University of Chicago, she has lived in Chicago since 1995. The daughter of a home builder/real estate investor, she has long known the value of owning a home. After earning a degree in interior design, she obtained her salesperson license in 2001 and earned an advanced Realtor designation known as the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute).
